Different tools. One integrated approach.

You do not need to know which technique to choose.

Treatment shaped around you

Every appointment begins with a conversation and assessment. From there, treatment is adapted to your goals, comfort and what your body needs that day—from focused therapeutic work to a gentler, calming session.

Massage Therapy

Hands-on care for tension, recovery, mobility and feeling more comfortable in your body. Pressure is always adapted to you.

Fascial Work

Slow, specific techniques using sustained pressure, positioning or gentle stretch, often with very little oil.

Craniosacral Therapy

A light hands-on approach that can be used on its own or incorporated into a massage appointment.

Visceral Manipulation

Gentle hands-on work considering relationships between organs, connective tissues and the musculoskeletal system.

TMJ & Intraoral

Focused assessment and treatment for jaw tension and related concerns. Intraoral work is used only with informed consent.

Recovery Care

Adaptable treatment for people returning to comfortable movement after injury or surgery.

What to expect

We will talk about what brings you in, review relevant health information and agree on a treatment plan. You can ask questions, request changes to pressure or positioning, or pause treatment at any time.

Massage therapy does not diagnose medical conditions or replace medical care. When another healthcare assessment may be helpful, Christine will recommend that you contact an appropriate provider.
